Your skin doesn’t always need something intense. Sometimes, it just needs a fresh start. HydraFacial helps by clearing away buildup, gently exfoliating, unclogging pores, and restoring hydration in a single visit. At Aère Aesthetics, we customize every HydraFacial to fit your skin’s needs, whether you’re facing dryness, dullness, clogged pores, or just want a brighter look before a special occasion.
Skin changes over time. What worked well a few months ago might not feel right during a dry Colorado winter, after traveling, or when you’ve been outdoors more often. HydraFacial is an easy way to adjust to these changes without needing a long recovery.
At our med spa, your provider checks your skin’s current condition. Your skin might feel dry and tight, your pores could be more clogged, or your makeup may not go on as smoothly. We adjust the HydraFacial to match your skin type and concerns, instead of using a one-size-fits-all approach.

HydraFacial is a multi-step treatment that uses Vortex-Fusion technology to cleanse, exfoliate, extract, and hydrate your skin. The device gently moves across your face, removing dead skin cells, oil, and impurities, while adding hydrating serums to your freshly treated skin.
Unlike traditional facials that use a lot of scrubs or manual extractions, HydraFacial uses a gentle, fluid-based system. It’s a good choice if you want a thorough facial without aggressive squeezing, harsh exfoliation, or days of peeling afterward.

Your treatment starts with cleansing and exfoliation to remove dead skin cells and loosen the buildup sitting on the skin’s surface. This helps smooth rough texture and gives dull skin a cleaner, brighter appearance.
The next step is extraction. The device gently suctions out impurities from clogged pores, especially around the nose, chin, and forehead where buildup is common. Many people find this much more comfortable than traditional manual extractions.
The last step focuses on hydration. Nutrient-rich serums are applied to restore moisture and leave your skin feeling soft, not dry. Depending on what your skin needs, we can also use special serums for extra glow, hydration, or antioxidant support.
There are some limits. Deep acne scars, pronounced wrinkles, loose skin, or stubborn age spots often need a stronger treatment. In those cases, we might suggest microneedling, RF microneedling, chemical peels, MOXI, or another laser treatment.
One of the biggest benefits of HydraFacial is that you don’t have to plan your week around it. Most patients leave with skin that already looks smoother, more hydrated, and more radiant.
This treatment can help clear clogged pores, smooth rough texture, reduce the look of enlarged pores and fine lines, and give dry skin a healthier glow. With little downtime, it’s a great option when you want instant results without a more intense procedure.
A single HydraFacial treatment can be a great refresh. Regular treatments can help you maintain that smoother, hydrated look more consistently.

HydraFacial works for almost all skin types and is a good option if you want visible results without much irritation or downtime. It can also be adjusted for people with sensitive skin.
There are times when we may want to wait. Active rashes, open skin, sunburn, significant irritation, or certain ingredient allergies can make treatment inappropriate that day. Let us know about any prescription skincare, recent procedures, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and known sensitivities before your appointment.

Most people don’t need any recovery time. You can usually get back to your normal routine right away, and your skin often looks more radiant almost immediately. Some with sensitive skin may notice a bit of temporary pinkness, but major irritation is rare.
After your treatment, keep your routine simple. Moisturize, use sunscreen, and take a short break from strong retinoids, acids, and scrubs if your provider suggests it. You can usually wear makeup after a HydraFacial, but letting your skin go makeup-free for a bit is a nice option if you can.
Many people like monthly treatments because they match the skin’s natural cycle of oil, dryness, congestion, and exposure. But not everyone needs a HydraFacial every four weeks.
Some people come in regularly, while others book a HydraFacial when their skin feels dry, congested, or before a special event. Your provider will help you find a schedule that fits your needs, rather than recommending unnecessary treatments.
HydraFacial can be great before a wedding, vacation, photo shoot, or any time you want your skin to look extra fresh. There’s no major peeling, and the added hydration gives your skin a smooth, healthy glow.
If it’s your first HydraFacial, try to schedule it with some time before a big event. It’s best to see how your skin reacts in advance.
HydraFacial isn’t meant to solve every skin issue. It often works best as a maintenance treatment between other procedures that target deeper concerns. Depending on your goals, your plan might include MOXI laser for pigmentation and sun damage, RF microneedling for collagen and texture, chemical peels for resurfacing, or Botox for lines. We’ll help you schedule these treatments so you get the best results, instead of trying to do everything at once.
HydraFacial and DiamondGlow can achieve similar results, but the experience with each treatment is different.
HydraFacial uses fluid-based Vortex-Fusion technology and gentle suction to exfoliate, extract, and hydrate. DiamondGlow uses a diamond-tipped handpiece to physically resurface the skin while extracting debris and infusing SkinMedica serums.
You don’t have to decide in advance. We’ll look at your skin, discuss your goals, and help you choose the best option.
At Aère Aesthetics, we believe not every skin concern needs the strongest treatment. Sometimes a HydraFacial is just right. Other times, your goals might need a different approach.
Our team considers your skin type, lifestyle, home care, treatment history, and what you want to improve before recommending anything. This helps us find the right spot for HydraFacial in your routine, whether you need extra hydration, a clearer complexion, or regular maintenance.
Come to Aère Aesthetics for a HydraFacial tailored to your skin, not a one-size-fits-all routine. Our Greenwood Village team will help you create a skincare plan that keeps your complexion healthy, hydrated, and glowing all year round. Book your consultation and experience the Aère difference.
A HydraFacial typically takes about 30–45 minutes, although your appointment may be a little longer depending on how your treatment is customized.
It can be. HydraFacial is gentle enough for many patients with sensitive skin, and the treatment can be adjusted accordingly. If your skin is actively irritated, sunburned, or experiencing a rash, we may recommend waiting.
Most patients notice smoother texture, better hydration, and more glow right after treatment. How long HydraFacial results last depends on your skin, home skincare, lifestyle, and environment.
Monthly treatments are common, but they aren’t a requirement. Your provider may recommend treatments every few weeks, occasional appointments, or a different plan altogether based on your skin concerns.
HydraFacial can help clear clogged pores, surface oil, blackheads, and some mild breakouts. Active acne or acne scars may need a more targeted treatment plan.
Most patients can apply makeup and continue normal activities after treatment. If you can comfortably go without makeup for a little while afterward, though, it gives your freshly treated skin some time to simply settle.
